A Coach, PROSCI Change Manager and Operations expert with a strong focus on processes, communication, people engagement and driving company culture; I went from corporate to start-up and I am now channelling my focus on people, making the most out of what I learned in my previous roles.

To support people through change, I’ve achieved the AoEC coaching skills certificate and the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. 

In my previous role, as Head of Operations I supported the transformation of the company from start-up to one of Europe’s fastest growing businesses in its area. Controlling company margin in 2019 I led the company to be the second fastest growing business in Switzerland, and fifth fastest in the Sales & Marketing sector in 2019.  

Fascinated by change, I have been supported by great coaches during challenging times myself. I’m currently using my coaching skills to support people and organisations embracing personal and work transitions, adapting to new processes, roles and situations. Change is hard. No one should go through it alone and I’m here to support you.
